How you can order?

Many different categories list of our hundreds of products is on our user-friendly website. What you have to do is just browse, select, and then add your selected item to the cart. Provide your details and select the payment method. Our team will send you a copy of the order confirmation message or you will get a call from our team.

Do I have to create an account to shop with you?

Orders can be placed even without having an account. But if you have your account on our website, it will be easy for you to make orders without entering your details every time you buy something.

Order tracking, regular updates about offers and discount codes will also be received by you.

Do I have to order online?

As it is clear that we are primarily an online retailer therefore orders can only be placed online. Online ordering is more convenient and safe and you can get a larger variety of products. You can also call our customer support team in uncertain conditions, for instance if your internet crashes.

How do I know that my order has been placed?

You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number once you have placed an order. A confirmation call will also be received by you from our team shortly.

Another confirmation email will be sent to you after our team has procured your order from the distributor.

When your parcel is dispatched, you will finally receive a third confirmation email.

Please email check your spam folder if an email does not appear to be received by you.

Can I make changes to my order?

Before receiving a confirmation call from our customer representative, you may definitely change the order if you change your mind but after receiving a confirmation call, you cannot change your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you make up your mind to cancel an order, make it sure that you may cancel it before the shipment. Once your order has been shipped and you have received a confirmation call, you cannot cancel your order.

I’d I am missing an item from my order, what do I do?

It may happen that you receive your ordered items in different parcels, so please make it sure by checking your email. May be your order items are arriving separately. If that is not a case, you are requested to contact us on (+92) 345 5291977

For every category listed on our website, we have a team of experts. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for any kinds of details about any product; we will try our level best to help you with everything.

What if the desired product is out of stock?

You just have to set a notification update for the specific product and we will let you know about the availability of the product.

How can I set the notification update?

If the desired product is out of stock at that specific time, what you have to do is just click on three options of “notify me when available “instead of “Buy Now”.

What is the procurement process?

All the procurement of the products is carried out directly from the company. We make it sure that the products provided are 100% genuine. Any product that is not up to our standards are replaced before delivered to our customers.

How much does it cost to return an item?

The cost will depend upon the volume of the item shipped. That is why it is necessary to send us the receipt of the shipping cost you have paid so that we may credit it to your account.

How long do I have to return an item?

You can return your orders within a week of it being delivered.

Can I exchange an item?

No, unfortunately we do not provide a service of exchanging items. If there is any kind of damage, you have to return it through a proper above mentioned process.

How long does it take to process my return?

It may take around ten days to process a return.

How can I track the status of my return?

As soon as we will receive back the parcel, we will inform you through an email with all the details of the payments and estimated days of return. Our customer service department will also call you.

In what situation would returns not be accepted?

We have a right to refuse your return due to any hygiene or personal damage problem.  Due to hygiene requirements, beauty products are not included in the return policy. The product will be eligible to return only of the seal is unbroken and the product is unused.


Do you have a shop?

We do not have a shop because we are a dedicated online retailer.

If I use any debit/credit card to pay for my order, when will I be charged?

When you enter your details and reach the final stage of order placement and submit your order, we will immediately collect your data and contact your bank or card issuer for an authorization to take payee information from your account.

Are my personal details saving while ordering online with HM Bedding?

Yes, any details you share with us are completely safe as we use the industry-standard encryption system that ensures that no one will be able to reach or read your personal information, in case of an interception.

What should I do if my payment fails?

How much does delivery cost?

We provide free delivery all over PAKISTAN.

How long will delivery take?

Our delivery details are as follow:

After shipment, you will receive your order after 2-8 working days.

A tracking ID/Email/Text Message for COD shipments will be sent to you. You will receive a call/text message for the tracking ID for those orders that don’t have COD as a payment method.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Deliveries are to be made at any time between 09:00 am to 09:00 pm.

What if I am not available when my parcel arrives?

Our delivery team will make it sure to call you and check your availability before delivering. If your order is delivered by a courier company, they may check and leave your parcel with the guard or a neighbor. If it will not be possible, they will leave a card saying that they have tried to deliver and will show the instructions on how you can reschedule your package delivery.

Will a signature be needed for my delivery?

In order to keep a record for future reference, a signature is needed when an order is received by you

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, when you place your order you are asked to enter your mailing address as well as your permanent address.  You parcel is delivered on your mailing address. If you want, it can be sent to any other address as well. As if you choose to have your parcel delivered at your workplace, you have to be sure that you gave written the company or organization name in the address field.

What if my parcel does not arrive?

We will try our best to get your parcel to you as soon as possible but in the cases of delay, you will have to wait patiently up to 4 to 8 working days after the promised delivery date.

Please contact us in the case of any inconvenience or more delay in delivery of your order. We will solve the issue as soon as possible.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?

After the order placement, we won’t be able to change the delivery address because of the security issues.

Can I have my order delivered to my work address?

Yes, but for this purpose you gave to make sure that you have provided us with the company’s name and contact person‘s name in the address.


What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

Why am I experiencing problems when entering my payment details?
